This MD jobs remuneration package:

• Annual Salary commensurate with this role. Basic salary guide c£80-110K.
• Uncapped bonus based on company profits. Further details to be supplied. 
• Company car or car allowance – eg BMW 3 Series or equivalent.
• Company expense account.
• Pension.
• As the Managing Director you will have advance knowledge of opportunities to purchase shares from the existing shareholders.

The process:

• We’ve been engaged on an exclusive basis to carry out an extensive search, as expected for senior appointments. This job advert is part of our broader executive search strategy and may require some patience whist we conduct all search methods. We’ll endeavor to keep you updated throughout the process.
• Given the confidential nature of the role, our screening and qualification process is likely to also require a number of discussions with you. As the process progresses we will be able to disclose more details.
• Following successful completion of our screening process, it is likely that in the first instance initial telephone conversations will be arranged between you and our client.
• If shortlisted you will be required to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) possibly before first, but certainly before second, interviews.
• If selected for second interview you will be required to undertake a psychometric / personality test prior to the interview.
