We’re recruiting for a Project Administrator job in Nottingham. You’ll be working in the Projects team of one of the UK’s largest sign manufacturers. Providing Administration support, and acting as a Project Assistant on the management of multiple site corporate identity and branding projects for blue chip companies, and high profile brands. This Project Assistant job requires a confident, bubbly personality. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and excellent organizational and time management skills.

This sign industry Project Administrator jobs in Nottingham, and is based at the UK head office and manufacturing facility of our client. As a Project Administrator you’ll join the company’s Project Team, provide admin support, and fulfill a Project Assistant job role.

To briefly sum up, the project management department are responsible for coordinating the end to end delivery of client projects. This requires acquiring, managing and providing accurate information, across multiple departments at every stage of the project process.

From site survey, design, production and installation. Ultimately the project team are responsible for ensuring project timescales, commercial budgets and client satisfaction are met.

As the Project Administrator you’ll support the project managers by providing all aspects of day to day admin tasks.

This Signage Project Assistant jobs responsibilities

This signage Project Assistant jobs responsibilities will include:

  • General administration tasks, including creating & maintain spreadsheets
  • Paperwork, including preparing reports, & internal & external documents
  • Occasional customer contact, via telephone & email
  • Accurately recording, maintaining & updating project specific & client data
  • Liaising with other business departments, including surveying, design office, production & installation teams
  • Housekeeping, including goods receipting purchase orders
  • Preparing invoices
