Overview

A highly experienced, sales led Account Manager / Project Manager. Experienced in working within the Shopfitting, Retail Display, Point of Sale and Signage industries for the last thirteen years, winning, managing and delivering a wide variety of projects from bespoke one offs to volume roll out's. Possessing proven ability of proactively developing relationships, nurturing their own network of contacts and expanding sales within existing accounts, generating new business and additional sales revenue. Now actively seeking their next career move, involving account and / or project management, with a company that could utilise their experience, knowledge and contacts within the Retail and Leisure sectors.

Experience

Starting their Project Management career at a Point of Sale, Merchandising, Window and Retail Display installation and fulfillment company, they moved into shopfitting. Working for a large contractor specialising in interior fit-outs for new store builds and complete refurbishments. More recently they've worked within the sign industry, on a diverse range of projects from million pound roll outs to smaller bespoke one off's. Throughout this time they've covered a wide range of solution based products and services for branded environment projects. Operating as an outward and inward facing project manager, responsible for high profile branding of national, multi site chains. Externally they're responsible for client account liaison, development and management whilst internally they oversee each project through every aspect, ensuring client and company expectations are met. They work closely with clients to understand individual project requirements, whilst developing strong working relations and gaining the opportunity to actively sell additional services.
