Overview:

Recruiting for a signage and digital print sales job. We’re looking for an experienced large format graphics Sales Manager. As Sales Manager you’ll be responsible for developing new business sales for digital print and the Account Management and expansion of your own client base. Location is flexible but ideally you’ll live around the Northern or Western Home Counties of England.

The company:

An independent Signage and Graphics company, established five years ago by an experienced architectural signage and print specialist. Frustrated by their clients being mishandled, by previous large sign companies they’d worked for, they set up their own business. Focusing on high levels of customer service and delivering quality signage products and graphics solutions, the company has steadily grown. They now seek an experienced sales person, who has perhaps reached a glass ceiling or suffered similar frustrations with their current employer, who’d like to join a like minded customer focused sign and graphics business. Offering marketing support, estimating, project management and invoicing. This opportunity would be similar to running your own business within a business, but without the financial risk and far greater support.

Responsibilities include:

Reporting directly to the owner of the business you’ll be responsible for:

  • Setting your own realistic Sales target (This will be used to calculate your basic salary)
  • Creating your own sales strategy and what support you’ll require
  • Developing new business / sales enquireys
  • Account Management
  • Sales Forecasting
  • Sales Reporting

You:

To be considered for this sales managers job you’ll need to be able to demonstrate:

  • A proven track record of selling large format graphics / digital print. New business and Account Management
  • An entrepreneurial spirit
  • Commercial acumen
  • Self motivated
  • Ability to work within a mature environment i.e. not need micro-managing
