We’re recruiting a signage Project Manager / signage Account Manager for a well established architectural signage company based in South London. Specialising in the design and delivery of creative signage and graphics solutions for prestigious projects, our client works with architects, designers and direct with brands, throughout the UK and Europe. As the signage account manager / signage project manager you’ll be responsible for servicing clients signage and large format digital printing requirements, including developing new client relationships from incoming enquiries, as well as the account management and development of existing accounts. To be considered, experience of signage or large format graphics is essential.

Signage Account Managers responsibilities include:

As a signage Account Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing exiting accounts, nurturing and expanding clients through good customer service, cross selling / up selling to maximise profitable and ongoing relationships.
  • Converting new business from incoming client enquiries.
  • Attending site meetings.
  • Specifying signage and graphic solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Estimating / costing jobs.
  • Processing jobs and managing projects from start to finish.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver company goals.

You:

This sign industry account manager’s job requires you to have:

  • Experience in a signage or large format print account management / client facing project management role.
  • Sales orientated, in terms of expanding opportunities and relationships
  • Good knowledge of all signage products, fabrication, vinyl and print.
  • Competent in specifying signage for clients.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to get into the South London office, with 1 or 2 days a week remote working considered.
