About our signage Assembly Operative jobs

Working at our Head Office and factory, our skilled signage Assembly Operative jobs in Southampton are based in the sign making part of our Signage and Graphics Production team.

In our sign assembly operative jobs you’ll work on producing various sign and related products, including illuminated and non-illuminated external and internal signage, through to point of sale and promotional display.

Sign Maker jobs responsibilities

As a skilled signage assembly technician your role will include general sign maker jobs needed to produce and assemble a wide range of sign and display products. Responsibilities will include

• Working with Aluminium Composite Materials (ACM), Acrylic & Vinyl
• Producing sign trays
• Manufacturing light boxes
• Assembling Fabric Tension Systems
• Electrical wiring & LED installation

About you

So, to be considered for our current sign maker jobs in Southampton, you’ll need:

• Proven experience of working in signage production as a skilled assembly operative
• Ability to work efficiently, & produce accurate & high-quality work
• Capability of working off production drawings, job sheets & to the production plan
• Good knowledge and ability of using hand & power tools
• Be flexible, work to tight deadlines & have a can-do attitude
• Capable of  working under pressure & in a fast-paced environment during busy times

• Basic Salary: £20,000 – £25,000
• Overtime: Time & half c.£5,000 (OTE £25,000 – £30,000)
• Annual Bonus: Based on Performance & Profit
