This sign industry Junior Project Manager jobs in Nottingham, and is based at the UK head office and manufacturing unit of our client. As a Junior Project Manager you’ll join the company’s Projects Team, and support one or more of the Senior Project Managers.

You’ll be working on large scale signage and corporate identity projects, rolled out over multiple site locations for clients such as High Street Retail Chains, Corporate Offices and Banks.

In short, the role of this Junior Project Managers job is to coordinate the end to end delivery of client projects. Providing accurate information, across multiple departments from site survey, design, production and installation.

Ultimately ensuring project timescales, commercial budgets and client satisfaction are met.

  • Coordinate internal resources (surveying, drawing, manufacture & installation
    departments)
  • Liaise & coordinate with third parties / vendors for seamless execution of projects
  •  Ensure resource availability & allocation
  • Job / Crew scheduling
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, & project costs
  • Measure project performance
  • Establish & maintain relationships with subcontractors & supply chain partners
  • Create & maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams & process maps to document needs
  • Collate & prepare end of project invoicing upon completion of projects
