Recruiting for an experienced signage Project Manager to join a well established and succesfull sign and graphics manufacturer, based in the East Midlands. This signage jobs key responsibilities involves Project Management of one off and roll out corporate identity and branding programmes. Taking ownership from sales handover, you’ll project manage all stages of design and manufacture through to project completion and invoicing. Liaising with internal departments to ensure the project stays on track, both on time and to budget. You will need experience of project managing multiple site signage projects, to be considered.

As Project Manager you’ll hold responsibility for overseeing large scale projects with key clients; ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. Picking the project up from sales hand you’ll manage all aspects of the project, including through the design, production and installation departments right the way though to invoicing. This will be primarily an office based project management role but you may need to travel on occasion.
This signage jobs responsibilities include:
- Liaising with clients to understand their needs for each specific project / site.
- Liaising with each internal department, coordinating progress throughout each process to ensure the project runs on time and to satisfaction.
- Managing client’s signage requirements and relaying information to the relevant internal departments, on a project and site by site basis.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- On and off site client meetings.
- Subcontractor management.
- Invoicing.
