We’re recruiting for an Installation Coordinators job with a leading UK and European sign manufacturer. This sign industry jobs core responsibility, is to ensure the smoothing running of the sign and graphics installation function. Ideally you’ll have understanding of signage installation, either from a fitting or project management background, have good organisational and communication skills.

The Installation Coordinators jobs responsibilities include:

Throughout their continued growth our client has always recognised the importance of having the operational infrastructure in place, before the next growth phase. Whilst many grow then worry about how to deliver the growth,  refreshingly our client prefers to add strength in depth to deliver the growth first. This is paramount to their quality and customer service. As the Installation Coordinator your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with the Production Manager to understand work flow and lead times.
• Liaising with the Projects Team to understand client and site specific requirements.
• Organising fitting crews and scheduling installations.
• Managing sub-contractors.
• Arranging / booking required access equipment.

You:

• Well organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and plan ahead to ensure delivery and installation dates are met.
• Ability to foresee and overcome issues before they arise.
• Knowledge of clarity would be beneficial.
