We’re recruiting a Project Manager for an award winning architectural signage and wayfinding consultancy, specialising in the design and delivery of creative solutions for a broad spectrum of clients. Due to their continued success, both in terms of growth and awards, they’re now looking to recruit an additional project manager to join their team. Supporting the marketing and business development team, you’ll be responsible for managing clients, nurturing existing relationships and delivering signage, wayfinding and environmental graphics projects.

Responsibilities include:

As a Project Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Business development Managers, looking after clients requirements post sale.
  • Developing exiting relationships nurturing profitable accounts through good customer service and cross / up selling.
  • Manage client accounts in order to develop on going relations and additional business.
  • Attending site meetings.
  • Specifying signage to meet client requirements.
  • Estimating.
  • Processing jobs from start to finish.
  • Maintaining customer records on the CRM System.

You:

This project management job requires you to be able to demonstrate the following:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a signage project management / account management client facing role.
  • Good knowledge of all signage products, fabrication, vinyl and print.
  • Competent with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Good understanding of Health and safety (Risk assessments etc).
  • Able to read architect drawings.
  • Competent in specifying signage for clients.
  • No design software knowledge expected, but would be of benefit.
  • Good communication and reporting skills essential.
