Sales Development Executive jobs responsibilities:
Reporting to the Group Head of Sales and Development, you’ll work closely with them and the sales and marketing team in a collaborative approach to growing group sales and the client base.
This sales development executive’s job responsibilities combine new business development, account management and following up on leads generated through marketing and will include:
- Develop new clients, adding into the Group database to expand the existing client network.
- Identify appropriate contacts, in key departments, within organisations.
- Research, identify and capitalise on business development opportunities.
- Identify tender opportunities and assist in compiling response requirements.
- Generate own, and follow up on provided, leads, making contact with prospective customers.
- Discuss promotional activities / sales campaigns and link through with marketing.
- Detail and assist in developing the sales pipeline
- Present findings to senior management
- Reporting on new markets and opportunities at business development / sales team meetings
