About this signage Project Managers job

This signage Project Managers job can be based from home, but will also require some travel to the office and national sites. As a result, the Midlands is an ideal location for both National travel and getting in to the office as and when required. However, other geographical locations within the UK will be considered.

The responsibilities of this sign industry Project Managers job role include:

  • Coordinate and manage the specification for production and installation of signage and graphics projects.
  • Liaise with and coordinate internal teams and resources.
  • Collate project information from departments and create required documents to produce external supplier pricing packs / RFI.
  • Sourcing and management of subcontract suppliers of products and services.
  • Attend client site meetings, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction are maintained.
  • Conduct site surveys, scope of works and data capture, with consideration for installations requirements. Where more technical surveys are required recommend and source appropriate support.
  • Risk assessment and method statements (RAMS) drafting and management with the support and advice of Health and Safety Manager when required.
  • Project planning and management of implementation.
  • Project administration.

 

You

So, to be considered for this technical Project Managers job you will need the following:

  • Strong technical knowledge of all signage products, fabrication, vinyl and print.
  • Good knowledge of internal and external signage installation covering differing surface applications and heights.
  • Experience of writing RAMS and sound knowledge of Health and Safety. (IOSH would be beneficial)
  • Able to conduct accurate surveys and produce scope of works.
  • Excellent with clients, the ability to build strong relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Positive, pro-active can-do attitude.
  • Well organised and able to multi-task.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Attention to detail, accurate and good administration skills.
  • Technically minded and able to problem solve.
