Established over 40 years, Clip design, build and supply products for their clients International Exhibitions and Events. Clients include: American Express, Western Union, Hilton Hotels, AON, Huboo, Godiva Chocolate, through to Medical and Renewable Energy brands.

About this Internal Sales job

This internal Sales Job is a full-time position and is fully office based. After extensive product training, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming product sales inquiries and report directly to the Sales & Marketing Director,

Your primary objective will be to support us to hit and exceed our product sales targets. The support required to achieve this will be varied, exciting and dynamic.

The internal sales jobs responsibilities

  • First point of client contact for all incoming product inquiries, advise, and quote the appropriate product solution
  • Managing the administrative process of all sales orders, including client data entry onto CRM, raising quotes, processing orders, raising pre-payment invoices.
  • Working closely with the stock and production department keeping an eye on stock availability, tracking information through internal systems, and raising awareness on low stock levels.
  • Managing the client order dispatch process, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Dealing with client issues in a customer focused and commercial manner.
  • Attend face to face marketing events with the Sales and Marketing Director and general sales team as needed, to promote the Company and generate sales leads.
  • Carry out face to face product demonstrations at our HQ to clients when needed.
  • Other ad hoc administrative tasks where appropriate

  • Experience within the events and / or print sector is highly desirable but not essential.
