Overview:

A Project Management job vacancy with an architectural sign company specialising in high quality architectural signage. Responsibility for the management of the full project lifecycle, from incoming enquiry through to invoice. This bespoke sign maker job opportunity has an element of Account Management, liaising with Architects, Designers, Construction companies and Contractors you’ll pick up projects at the point of enquiry, there is an element of soft sales but no cold calling or new business development involved. You will receive commission upto 4% based on projects invoiced each month

The Company: 

A well established and respected architectural signage contractor, recognised as being one of the market leaders in their field. Through reputation and their marketing efforts they attract numerous incoming enquiries from architects, designers and construction companies. Off the back of a record year for sales they’re now looking for an experienced architectural signing account manager or project manager to join the team.

The Role:

Working from the sales enquiry inbox you’ll be responsible for picking up enquiries, tenders and requests for information (RFI) and following them up. Responsibilities will include:

• Completing and submitting tender documents.
• Responding to RFI’s.
• Answering client enquiries.
• Client relationship development / Account Management
• Complete management of the project from initial enquiry through costing, to installation and invoice.
• There is an uncapped bonus structure starting at 1% of monthly invoiced orders of £10-20K, 2% £20-30K, 3% £30-40K and 4% on monthly invoiced orders of £40K and above.

 You: 

You’ll be able to demonstrate:

• Experience of architectural signage and wayfinding project management / account management.
• Good communication skill, verbal and written.
• Well organised with good attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask.
• Working knowledge of Clarity would be beneficial
