Overview

A multifaceted senior design and project management consultant, who has gained a broad range of skills and experience including, team management, internal and external resource management, commercial and contractual management, design, project delivery and installation management. Possessing excellent technical knowledge encompassing materials, engineering and structural design, production processes and digital. This, has allowed them to work on some of the UK’s, and overseas, largest, most complex and politically sensitive projects. Projects include a mixture of bespoke signage, digital signage, wayfinding design and implementation, environmental graphics and branding.

Experience

A degree trained designer, who has worked within architectural practices and design consultancies, as well as working at a senior management / director level. They possess a unique set of skills, knowledge and experience, at a senior level, with hands on responsibility for managing brand implementation, wayfinding, signage and display projects. Successful experience acquired over a number of years, overseeing all programme stages, together with the management of supplier, consultant, contractor, partner and key stakeholder relationships, for UK and International projects. Their understanding of design, materials and production techniques enables costs savings, reducing the need for constant design revision and compromise at each stage of the project process. Creating time savings by the reduction of redesign and the ease of programming due to the accurate consideration of the design and any possible implementation issues, prior to activation.
