An experienced and proven commercial retail designer offering a combination of creative, managerial, interpersonal and technical skills. Key strengths include creative problem solving, visualisation, commercial literacy, customer interaction, staff development, managing multi-disciplinary teams and project management. They approach design briefs in an open way, spending time with the client, to best understand their requirements, using sketching throughout the discussions. They like to talk to the people who will live and work with the end product, liaise closely with manufacturing and materials experts, before producing design concepts. A varied career to date has seen them designing Retail Environments, Retail Furniture and Retail Branding for a wide variety of high-street and prestige brands. Their creativity is complemented by their Project Management, Prince 2 Practitioner, experience.
