As part of the Bid process they linked the Sales effort with Operations and Programme Delivery, including Client Services, agreeing SLA's and KPI's, Design, Production, Commercial, Financial and Project Delivery. This provided a complete understanding of the importance, and the experience of creating, effective working relationships of interlinked departments, to improve Efficiencies, Profitability, Cash Flow and Client Satisfaction. Having worked through, got the battle scars to prove it, and learnt what works and what doesn't, they've the knowledge and experience of devising and implementing dynamic business models, ramping up for aggressive new contract wins whilst being agile for leaner times. From manufacturing led Signage Contractors, they moved into Operational Management for an International Brand Implementation consultancy. Acquiring a network of domestic and International suppliers, contractors - whilst adding experience of delivering overseas projects and the Import and Export issues involved. They also gained experience in managing the supply of a portfolio of products and services including: Signage, Wayfinding, Environmental Graphics, POS, Bespoke Furniture, Interior Fitout and Display on a global basis.Market sectors
