Progressing from a commercial background in estimating before moving into sales, over the last twenty years they've become recognised as a shrewd and talented business development professional. Acquiring a reputation for being able to break into, and forge profitable relationships with clients, they have a demonstrable track record of consistent success winning contracts to suit the capability, and infrastructure, of different businesses they've represented. Winning national and international projects ranging from multiple site re branding schemes to prestigious, bespoke one offs, with contract values from c£10K - £3M. Management responsibility for sales, marketing and commercial aspects of business including: Sales team activity, from Sales and Marketing strategy through to Sales Pipeline management and reporting. Management of Projects and Account Management Teams, fostering a sales orientated culture of proactive existing account development as well as management of the Estimating Team.
