This senior project management professional has spent their 13 year career working for international design and implementation consultancies, client side and within manufacturing environments. Highly experienced in managing corporate identity signage, wayfinding and interiors projects, for global brands throughout Europe, Africa, the Middle East and USA. Collaborating with architects, designers, brand agencies, developers, engineers and MEP consultants.

Experience

Following their graduation in Interior Design and Design Management, their career started 13 years ago. Spending the first 7 years with a global design, engineering and brand implementation consultancy, before moving to the UAE to join a signage and wayfinding consultancy. Gaining experience in managing the implementation of branding solutions for the built environment, primarily corporate identity signage, wayfinding and interior branding. Adding to their consultancy experience, they've worked client side and within a manufacturing environment. Responsible for managing projects and multi-disciplinary, cross functional teams, to deliver programmes valued from £5K to £2.5M, for leading international brands and corporate clients. Projects managed range from multiple site roll outs, through to single sites, across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the USA. Possessing strong communication, organisational and budgetary management skills. They understand the essential requirement to control risk, quality, cost, timelines and the scope of work for each project. Process orientated and confident at overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. They're a practical thinker who is hands on in their role, and driven by the challenge to deliver projects under budget, whilst succeeding to achieve high quality deliverables.

Foot note

Having recently returned home to the UK, they're now actively seeking a new role. Due to a desire to remain in the UK this Projects Director is open to consider Senior Project or Programme Management roles, as well as senior management positions, with a company that values high quality service delivery. Willing and used to extensive travel, both domestically and internationally.
