This well rounded and experienced freelance creative lead / senior designer develops design solutions that are user focused, contextual and grounded in research. They are passionate about typography, mapping and all aspects of the design for navigation and brand expression in the built environment.

Experience

Gaining experience within leading creative design studios across three different continents, they have worked on a diverse range of projects, delivering unique wayfinding, placemaking and branded environments to a number of international public spaces and places. A problem solver and craftsperson, they bring a breadth of expertise and experience in all aspects of visual communication. For over a decade this freelance senior designer has taken the creative lead on high profile projects, leading and directing teams while remaining very hands-on in the delivery and detailing. They are equally happy to be led as part of a wider team, and thrive on working with other passionate designers. Their twenty years experience has enabled their creative approach to be complimented by a solid understanding of materials, processes and specifications, as well as the support of planning applications and the assessment of suitable manufacturing and implementation supply chain partners, to ensure the design vision is effectively delivered.
