Proven range of Project, Site and Design Management skills on a contractor based developments inclusive of major retail, brands and commercial spaces, supplemented by extensive contractual project delivery / management roles, including: nomination of sub-contractors / suppliers and evaluation of project viability. Successfully undertaken and executed numerous challenging and creative designs including manufacturing and implementation. Possessing over 16 years’ design experience incorporating layout planning, detailing and site surveying. They have proven Design and Project Management skills, overseeing teams of designers, CAD technicians, production / procurement personnel and supply chain partners. They have a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, using effective time management, prioritisation and delegation skills, create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Strong communication and organisational skills with acute attention to detail. Implementation of planning concepts, design guidelines and policies. Responsible for design and implementation of international retail brands worldwide from 1,500 – 170,000 sq ft, including procurement, checking, plans, scheduling and managing subcontractors, while supporting team and management members.
