A Project Manager job / Account Manager job with an international retail design agency. Due to the agencies expansion, we’re recruiting a commercially savvy Account Manager / Project Manager to join their EMEA team. In this retail design agency job, as a client project manager / account manager you’ll be managing existing global brands, nurturing clients, developing strategic relationships that, as a result, drive sales. As a Client Project Manager you’ll be the pivotal link between the Client, Internal Project Manager and Design Team.

Client Project Manager jobs responsibilities
In the first place, the Client Project Manager jobs responsibilities are dedicated to delivering projects with precision and accuracy, meeting deadlines and budget in accordance with your clients’ expectations. You’ll be the pivotal link between the Client, Internal Project Manager and Design Team.
Furthermore, in this design agency job, as the Client Project Manager your notable duties will include:
- Managing relationships with the client and all stakeholders.
- Account Management nurturing key client relationships by developing strategic relationships that drive sales.
- Understanding and translating creative briefs.
- Setting deadlines for all stakeholders in the project process and allocating resource.
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Understanding and reviewing budgets.
- Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
- Submitting relevant and well-presented information and decks to client and retailers.
- Reporting and escalating to management as needed.
- Performing risk management to minimise project risks.
About you
To be considered for this client project managers job you’ll need a minimum of 7 years experience in a retail client management position. Additionally, for this retail design agency job you’ll be required to travel regularly throughout the EMEA region. You will also need to demonstrate:
- A track record of successfully managing, and enhancing, global brand relationships.
- Previous experience working client side or agency side.
- A detail-orientated person, able to manage and deliver timelines with high accuracy at all times.
- Proficient with desktop publishing tools (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Solid negotiation skills, business acumen and commercially astute.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to liaise at all levels and build rapport with external and internal stakeholders.
- A high degree of professionalism.
- Well presented.
- Have a passion for retail and travel
- Enjoy working as part of a team
Nice to have
- Experience in the Travel Retail environment is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English is essential, additional languages, in particular French, would be beneficial.
- Likewise an Engineering background or technical knowledge would be nice to have.
