About this Client Services Director job
This Client Services Director job is field based, combining working from home / remotely with nationwide travel to meet clients at their Head Offices and retail sites.
Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for further enhancing the communication and relationship between the company and their Key Accounts, and ensuring the delivery of customer service excellence.

- Reporting directly to the Senior Leadership team
- Client Management, including attending meetings, & communicating regularly via phone & email
- Establishing client needs, including advising on products & developing briefs / scopes of works
- Briefing the relevant internal teams, & external supply-chain partners, ensuring their effective completion of tasks
- Liaising with key stakeholders & any other product / service suppliers required to deliver standards of excellence
- Supporting the overall business to achieve their own, & their clients, objectives

- Relevant experience working in retail branding, either client side or similar service supplier
- An excellent attitude, can do attitude & an engaging personality
