International Project Managers Job Overview:

This International Project Management job opportunity requires an experienced sign industry project manager who has hands on experience in the complete management of signage and branding roll outs. In this Senior Project Manager’s position you’ll be heading up the team for major accounts, running signage projects that will be rolled out across multiple sites in the UK and abroad. International travel may well be required although you may choose to delegate some aspects travel. The Company:

The UK office of a global sign and brand implementation business specialising in the complete management of major global brands, and corporations, signage and branded environment roll outs. The UK office covers the EMEA and APAC regions, and has a number of strategic partners locally based throughout the territories, to assist in the delivery of projects.

International Project Managers role:

As a senior project manager you will hold responsibility for heading up the team to oversee large scale projects with key clients. This is a hands on role, supported by project administrators; you’ll hold ultimate responsibility for the coordination of each project, from commencement to completion.

For the right person, there will be further opportunities to advance your career and the possibility to progress into an operational managerial role.

Responsibilities include:

  •  Management of the team and delegation of workload.
  • Management of client’s requirements, receiving and relaying information to the relevant partners, internal departments and local contractors, on a project and site by site basis.
  • Liaising with overseas offices, strategic partners, supply chain and local resources to ensure the smooth running of projects in your region.
  • Co-ordinating cross functional teams managing the progress throughout each process to ensure the project runs on time and to satisfaction.
  • Obtaining country specific relevant permits for planning, installation, import / export customs etc
  • On and off site client meetings.
  • Invoicing.

You:

You’ll be able to demonstrate:

  •  A proven track record in managing multiple site signage and branding projects.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to motivate others.
  • Ability to multitask, keeping a firm grasp of the deliverable objectives of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A keen eye on the detail.
  • Extremely well organised.
  • Good technical understanding.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • International experience would be beneficial but is certainly not essential.
