This sign industry sales job is for the role of Business Development Manager. You will join the sales team, reporting into the Sales Director. Ultimately this signage jobs key responsibility is to support the business’s growth strategy and win new signage contracts.
The core duties of this signage sales job include:
- Researching and developing new clients and business opportunities.
- Identify tender opportunities and assist in responding to RFI’s, RFQ’s etc.
- Update and maintain accurate client records on the CRM.
- Identify new market and product / service opportunities to support clients’ needs and the diversification of the business.
- Liaise with marketing regarding the creation of marketing campaigns and other promotional activities to support sales and business development.
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team to support sales activities.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports on your sales pipeline at sales team meetings.
You
- To be considered for this signage job you will need a proven track record of developing sales within the sign industry. You will need a proven track record of generating sales of c.£500K-£1M+ and preferably live in the Midlands.
- Ideally you will have experience of selling signage in to a one, or a mix, of the following sectors: Architectural Signage & Wayfinding, Education, Health, Construction, Industrial, Corporate, Transport and Infrastructure.
- You will be well connected with clients across a range of routes to market, including contractors, architects, designers, and brand owners.
- Technically astute and commercially minded, you will be capable of developing relationships with clients that deliver profitable sales revenue.
