Offering complete bespoke sign solutions, as well as a range of signage systems, in a wide and diverse range of materials, for leading brands and corporate clients.

Responsibilities include:

This sign industry Production Managers position is a vital role within the business. Seen as a strategic, managerial level appointment and part of the owners succession plan and exit strategy. Responsibilities will include:

• Overall management of the production process, including in-house and sub-contract manufacturing.
• Management of production team, currently approx 13 reports.
• Management of the Installation function, including in-house and sub-contractors.
• Strategic planning.
• Systems and Process improvements.
• Production scheduling.
