The exhibition Project Manager jobs responsibilities
In this exhibition Project Manager job you’ll work collabratively with the Sales and Account Management teams. You’ll liaise with clients, key stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring both client satisfaction, and the business’s objectives, are achieved.
Duties will include:
- Pricing client projects for the design and delivery of their exhibition & events
- Co-coordinating the design, production, logistics & installation of exhibitions
- Ordering materials, products & services as required to meet the brief
- Producing RAMS & Health & Safety documents
- Managing clients, event organisers & 3rd party facilities / venues
- Briefing & managing, domestic & international suppliers, sub-contractors & partners

So, to be considered for this Exhibition and Events Project Managers job, you’ll need:
- Experience of working in an exhibition & / or large scale events project management job
- Well-organised & pro-active, good attention to detail, & excellent communications skills
- Commercially focused, with a structured approach to project management
- Capable of reading technical drawings
- The ability to multi-task & remain cool under pressure
- The right to work in the UK
