Experience

An experienced and highly succesfull entrepreneur, who from an early age successfully founded and built numerous businesses. Managing and developing company growth until the point of sale, across a diverse range of industries, including: Technology, IT, Consultancy, Engineering and Manufacturing. In the late nineties, and whilst still in their mid twenties, they were engaged by a former client to take over as MD of an under performing Lighting, Point of Sale and Display manufacturer. Inheriting the business at its highest ever turnover, but also at its highest losses, they improved management systems, identified the cause of the losses and turned the business from years of losses to strong profits within 3 months. This was there first experience working at a senior level for someone other than themselves. From here they've gone on to help numerous other clients and organisations reach their goals, from politically sensitive company break up and sales, conducting full business reviews to turnaround under performing teams, managers, directors and companies, through to coaching and mentoring well established and new start up businesses.
