Overview

A highly competent, confident and ambitious individual with over twenty years commercial experience within a variety of roles including corporate brand evolution and governance, operational management of manufacturing facilities and field based installation personnel. Responsible for Key Account and Project Management of large multi-site national work programmes. Client facing they're responsible for developing relationships with strategic clients, including Architects, Designers and direct with Brand owners / end users.

Experience

Over twenty years involvement in multiple site branding, facilities management and property portfolio development works. Highly skilled in the determination of client briefing and development of scope, relating to the key design, manufacture, installation, cost and time deliverables and methodologies required to achieve successful project completion. Their career background includes working for product design and manufacturing businesses, construction companies and client side, for a large multi-national retail group, overseeing planned and reactive property maintenance. Motivated, reliable and diplomatic with a proven ability of successful project delivery, leading cross functional teams to deliver results. Their technical knowledge and project experience has led them to develop into a Client Services role, working in an advisory, consultative basis, developing relationships with key strategic clients, advising them on project solutions whilst developing additional sales opportunities. Sound operational and project management principles, combined with strong commercial awareness, makes them a strong asset to lead and deliver major programmes and build lasting, profitable client relationships.
