A dynamic senior sales professional, with 20 years’+ experience in the construction industry. Specialising in branding the built environment, and corporate identity programmes, both nationally, throughout the UK, and internationally. Demonstrating proven expertise of researching and developing new and existing client relationships that have consistently enabled them to acquire new business, nurture existing accounts, and maintain lasting relationships with some of the world’s most recognisable Blue-Chip Companies, Brands, Architects and Designers, as well as Property and Facilities Management firms. In addition to their personal sales skills, and experience, this Business Development Director is adept at leading the Sales and Commercial function of £multi-million design, engineering and installation businesses. Responsible for driving organisational sales, including devising and implementing sales strategy. Collaborating with Operations to create value engineered products, and ultimately securing significant new contract wins for UK and international projects.
