Experience

Set up, and ran their own company as the Managing Director, for 29 years growing into a £10M plus turnover business, directly employing 100+ personnel. The Company became one of the most successful in it’s industry sector, leading the way with product quality, customer service and accreditation's to European Standards – ISO 9001, 14000, 18000, 1090 and Investors in People and affiliated to the British Safety Council, Altius, Safe Contractor & Constructionline. This Senior Leadership professional possess the skills, first hand experience and know how, required to structure a business to meet the cyclical challenges and plan for the development of a business’s growth. Project managed the transfer of the business to larger premises with the minimum of disruption to production flow.
